"Have not had the opportunity to experience this restaurant, on either a service or food level, but I'm giving it a 5-star review based solely on the responsiveness of the owner to the various reviews submitted... especially the negatives. An owner with that much willingness to respond to a negative and show appreciation for the opportunity to make it better would likely get my vote - and money - regardless if the experience was not "perfect". Customer service is many times a lost art.... but not here. Thank you in advance, Daniel!!!!"
