"I was pleasantly surprised at how closely food safety practices are followed here. While I was at the buffet getting my food I saw the employees changing out the pans and spoons, etc. And they were talking about their cleaning practices. Having come from a food service background it was just nice to see for once. The food was really good. Hot, fresh, crispy if it was supposed to be. The service was also friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed. I would definitely come back to eat here."
